Nordcharge - magnetic power bank with overheat protection

Yes. The NordCharge is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms, including overcharge protection, short-circuit protection, overheating protection, and overvoltage protection. These systems help keep both the power bank and your device reliably protected during charging.

Yes. With a capacity of 5,000 mAh, the NordCharge is well below the limit set by most airlines and can be carried in your hand luggage.

Yes. Thanks to the pass-through function, you can charge your smartphone while the NordCharge is simultaneously connected to a power source. This keeps it ready for use at all times — particularly practical at your desk, while traveling, or when you need to get going quickly in the morning.

Thanks to the integrated battery percentage display, you can always see exactly how much energy is left in the NordCharge — shown as a clear percentage rather than approximate LED levels.

This way, you always know whether there is enough charge left for your phone or whether it is time to recharge the NordCharge itself.

Yes, provided your case is MagSafe-compatible. With most silicone, leather, and plastic cases, the magnet holds reliably and wireless charging performance is maintained.

For very thick cases or cases with metal inserts, the magnetic force may be slightly weaker.

For older iPhones, Samsung devices, and other smartphones, compatibility may vary depending on the device and case. Please check your device's wireless charging and magnetic compatibility before use.

Yes. The integrated magnetic ring is designed to stay securely attached to your device even with stronger vibrations — whether you're running, cycling, riding a train, or carrying your phone in a backpack.

This allows you to use your phone as usual without constantly worrying about it falling off.

Most devices can be fully charged in about an hour, offering charging convenience similar to a wall socket.

Actual charging speed depends on the smartphone model, remaining battery capacity, and ambient temperature.

The NordCharge is charged via the included USB-C cable. You can connect it to a power adapter, laptop, or another USB-C power source.

For particularly fast charging, we recommend a power adapter with Power Delivery (PD) and at least 18 W output.

A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

• iPhone 12 and newer: Direct magnetic and wireless charging — simply dock and charge.
• iPhone 8–11, Samsung, Google, Huawei, and other Qi-enabled devices: Wireless charging is supported. For magnetic attachment, use the included magnetic ring or an AdarCharge case.
• Older Samsung models, such as some A-Series devices: Some models do not support wireless charging. We recommend checking Qi compatibility before use.
